Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On initiating SEPA Standing Order, request fails at OBPM(Oracle Banking Payments) if 'TEMPLATE_ID' is of '16-17' characters.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'TEMPLATE_ID' should be of '10' characters in SEPA Standing Order transaction so that it doesn't fail at OBPM.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with retail/corporate user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Payments and Transfers > Setup > Repeat Transfer/Standing Order
3. Initiate a transaction and observe
