Error "Invalid Request, Please Check The Parameters Being Passed." Is Observed When Navigating From "Pay Later" Back Button And Selecting Option As "Pay Now" (Doc ID 2852588.1)

Symptoms

PayLater "Back" button is not working, below error is observed.

ERROR

Invalid Request, please check the parameters being passed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Login to OBDX as Retail User
2) Navigate to "Payemnts --> Adhoc Payment --> Domestic/Internal/International"
3) Select "Pay Later" Option.
4) Click on "Pay" button.
5) On review screen, click on "Back" button and change the option to pay now and click on "Pay" button.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate pay now option after coming back from review screen..
