Symptoms

Auto Liquidation has skipped for some of the Consumer Lending Account during EOD Process.
When we check in CLTB_EXCEPTION_LOG, the message is ALIQ failed with CL-LIQD01;~ORA-01403: no data found~.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. During EOD (End of Day) Batch Process
2. CIDBATCH Is not Processing ALIQ for the Account.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find ALIQ Processed for the Accounts
