Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Blank screen is displayed when admin approver tries to view details of the 'User Account Access' transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Screen should not displayed blank. Admin approver should be able to view/approve the 'User Account Access' transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with admin user which is having the role of 'Admin Maker'.
2. Navigate to the 'User Account Access' screen and provide account or transaction access for any corporate user.
3. Now, login with admin user who is having the role of 'Admin Approver'.
4. Navigate to Pending for Approvals > Party Maintenance and click on the reference number hyperlink.
5. Observe the 'User Account Access' screen it is displayed blank.
