ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Description of 'Virtual Account Name' tooltip is incorrect in the Virtual Account Creation screen. It states 'Enter 0 or more characters, up to a maximum of 105'.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Virtual Account Name' should not be of 0 characters. It should contain some value.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Corporate Maker
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu > Virtual Account Management > Virtual Account > Create Virtual Account
3. Observe the description of the 'Virtual Account Name' floating tooltip
