ECM 8.0.8.1.1 - Manual Risk Assessment To Case Promotion Not Inserting Into Relationship Tables (Doc ID 2852955.1)

Goal

Client recently installed ECM patches (8.0.8.1.0)which provided new case/event relationship tables (KDD_CASE_NTITY_REL_EVNT and KDD_CASE_NTITY_REL_CASE) for use in the relationship tab. They have found that when a user promotes a KYC risk assessment to a case that it is not populating these tables. This is needed so that the promoted risk assessments and cases will be displayed in the related cases and related events sections of the relationship tab.
