Clarifications on 8.1.x GL Recon Application:

Is there any front end functionality to determine the below:
1) Audit Trail for DQ Rules - Details of users who have edited the DQ rules/groups from the inception of the rule till date.
2) Is there a maker checker functionality when creating/editing Rules in GL Reconciliation?
3) Audit Trail for GL Recon Rules - Details of users who have edited the Rules from the inception of the rule till date.

If there is no front end screen, provide the underlying Database tables to extract these details.
