Debug for REST service not created for OB RBN Cheque Deposit (Doc ID 2853241.1)

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBPM : Invalid source code, invalid network code

Please note, while performing cheque deposit operation in OBBRN when trying to click in submit button we got below mentioned errors
Error code=INVALID-001_3, description=Value for field Instrument Code is not valid, type=E, language=null}, {code=ST-SAVE-004, description=Failed to Save the Record, type=E, language=null
while trying to perform analysis in OBPM we see that debug logs are not being written in OBPM logs path hence kindly request your assistance in verifying the issue.
please note we are currently on patchset 14.5.3.0.0 innovation.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

While performing cheque deposit operation in OBBRN when trying to click in submit button, irrespective of response system should write logs 


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit in cheque deposit operation.
