 On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Entries are not getting registered in STTB_APPDYN_CALL after authorization/saving from GIDIFTDF

Steps:
1)select function id :GIDIFTDF
2)select interface type as Outgoing
3)save the change and then authorize
4) The entries are required to create dynamic packages in respective PDBS
