ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The user is unable to login after a wrong credential attempt.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The user is must able to login after a wrong credential attempt.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Browse the OBDx login URL.
2. Enter Valid Credentials but with the wrong case like instead of (user1c) enter (uSer1C).
3. Enter Valid Credentials after following step2.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in to an application.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
