Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using configuration for FTPS (FTP_PLAIN_CONN_REQ = flase), the uploaded file is seen as 0 KB in OBPM location. There are no contents in this file.
However the file is of the actual size when FTPS is disabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The uploaded file should be FTPed as is to OBPM server with all the records.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Corp User and upload a file
2. Make sure the FTP_PLAIN_CONN_REQ is set to false
3. Approve the file. The file is seen to be FTPed to OBPM Server.
4. The file is seen to be 0 KB


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload the file successfully.
