On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

LC amend for document upload fails from external system

OBDX sends request to FCUBS for LC amend - document upload but it fails with error code ST-UPLD-001.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send an LC Amend Request from OBDX
2. Verify the response message received

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend the LC from OBDX
