System Changed Network Code During Repair / Auth (Doc ID 2854224.1)

System correctly resolves network as REGIS and also debit Nostro of REGIS, but somewhere system is changing it to SWIFT i.e., during repair/auth.
The receiver is REGIS participant and the payment comes from REGIS, so it should not be switched to SWIFT.
