ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Virtual keyboard and manual input both working at a time

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to input from machine keyboard if user is using virtual keyboard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open OBDX login page
2. click on Virtual keyboard of User id text field
3. enter some keys from virtual keyboard
4. enter some key from machine keyboard

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system should not allow to use machine keyboard if user is using virtual keyboard.

Changes

 No changes done to environment / hardware / account causes this issue.
