The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Collateral Maintenance
Changes
GCDCOLT screen UDF of type number NUMBER_OF_SECURITY_HELD has values with
precision. In Save system throws error "Failed to modify record".
From debugs we see that the issue is that for UDF of type number system does
not allow values with precision, allows saving only for numbers without precision.
As for bank scenario there are cases when the value should be an integer.
