Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rules Management does not work in Albanian language.
When select the option to open rule management screen i.e "administrimi i perdoruesit" or "perdoruesi i korporatave" nothing happens in the page.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
The workflow screen should open after selecting the option based on user types.
STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with Admin user
2. Click on the toggle menu and navigate to Approvals > Workflow Management
BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot maintain workflow and rule approval.
