ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In CASA Statements, account statements when tried to view through CSV, french characters are not displayed properly.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

French Characters should be displayed properly in CSV when Account Statements are downloaded.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX as a Retail/Corporate User
2. Download the CASA account statement in CSV format
3. Check the french characters - they are not displayed properly.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the correct french characters in Account statement.
