Symptoms

When attempting to delete the consent in UK Open Banking(OBAPI),
the following error occurs.

ERROR

'System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.'

Following exceptions in the logs.
RuntimeException from com.ofss.digx.app.access.service.account.accesspoint.AccessPointAccount.delete[[
java.lang.NullPointerException
