ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Limits not fetching on FX input in FXDTRONL
User created a new limit line. Then trying to use this limit line for FX forward contract creation.
User can see the limit under the customer in the Facility Summary screen GESFACLT. however when they try to attach in FX input screen FXDTRONL, nothing is returning when click fetch under "Settlement Risk Credit Line"
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On clicking the Settlement Risk Credit Line, all attached credit lines should be fetched in the LOV
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit FXDTRONL and book an FX for customer having valid limit lines.
2. Visit Settlement Risk Credit line LOV and verify if values are fetched

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot link credit line on creating FX contract
