No Error Message Shown When Logging In Obdx Without Soft Token. (Doc ID 2855503.1)

When attempting to login as Corporate User in OBDX Application with time based soft token enabled,
the following error occurs.

Error Code: DIGX_AUTH_0013, Message: You have not registered for required authentication mechanism. Please download OBDX Authenticator App, register and reinitiate the transaction

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1-Enable time based soft token on log in for corporate users from superadmin.
2-Log in from corporate user.
3-Screen will stuck after the submission of credentials on bank logo and all calls will fail in network tab.
4. Issue is noted only on Web Application. Mobile Application is working fine.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do not know the exact error when trying to login using soft token enabled.
