Symptoms
On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET
Bank is Unable to perform complete liquidation of CD contract , system throws
LD-PMT158 error considering the reversed payment date.
ERROR
-----------------------
LD-PMT158 Payment Value date cannot be earlier than last liquidation date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform a LD payment .
2. Reverse the payment .
3.Now try to perform liquidation for back value date.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is considering reversed payment as valid payment and not allowing further liquidation
