ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

EntityID tag is missing when call is made from OBP to OBVAM
ECA Block name used in posting to OBVAM is ‘ECABlockServiceDetailDTO’, but in OBVAM yaml the block name expected is ‘ECABlockDetailDTO’

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
EntityID tag should be available when call is made from OBP to OBVAM
