Customer modification fails with error ST-VALS-006 and ST-SAVE-008 while authorizing KYC modification through webservice (Doc ID 2857106.1)

When user attempting to modify KYC details through webservice and authorize the same, the following error occurs.

ST-VALS-006 and ST-SAVE-008

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Reopen Customer maintenance and authorize it from front end.
2) Modify Customer maintenance by change location code and authorize it from front end.
3) Modify Customer KYC details change through webservice and save.
4) Authorize Customer KYC maintenance change through webservice, and check the error ST-VALS-006 and ST-SAVE-008 occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the KYC details through webservice for re-opened customer with location change modified through front end.


 Application changes included to handle location code properly when customer maintenance change are done through gateway method.
