Google Play Security Issues For OBDX Mobile Android App (Doc ID 2857215.1)

When applied the patch 33673015,
the following error occurs.

1. After generating a signed apk/app bundle from Android Studio, users are not able to use alternative login services.
2. While registering for Alternative login, the screen gets stuck on verify user screen.
3. If the user closes/kills the app and opens the app again, the user can see login with biometric button and the user can login with biometric.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch 33673015.
2. Generate the signed the APK
3. Open the application.
