DL\issue With Automatic Charge Liquidation For Deposit Safe Box (Doc ID 2857503.1)

Symptoms

DL contract LIQD is failing because of some exception, when we check in cstb_contract_exception table for this contract,
it is failing with error code AC-VAC07 (Account marked as No-Debit) with parameter "XXXXX2~".
Here, for contract, settlement account which is maintained is XXXXX9 which is "NOT marked as No Debit".
But the system is checking on different account XXXXX2 and returning the error.
