On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET
When attempting to redeem the term deposit account
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
GEDCOLLT-45 - Collateral attached to pool is in open state or un-authorized record can't be closed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a term deposit account to be redeemed.
2. Ensure lien linked originating contracts are already closed or lien is removed on term deposit account.
3. Try to redeem the term deposit account.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot redeem the term deposit account and credit funds to the customer account.
