ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not possible to amend Next Execution Date from screen PMDSIMNT
SI Frequency Type has been made amendable in November patchset. But Next Execution Date must also be amendable as those two fields are often related
Please note that closing existing SI and creating a new one with the new Frequency Type and Execution date is not an option to the bank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User needs to be able to amend "Next Execution Date" field from PMDSIMNT screen. This is a common practice in the UK where customer amends SI frequency type and Execution Date.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query an existing SI record from PMDSIMNT
2. Verify if next execution date field is amendable.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot amend the next execution date.
