Inward MT300 Messages (Doc ID 2857908.1)

Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Inward MT300 messages cannot be located in Flexcube but have been passed from AL MoveIt. There could be an issue with formatting however we cannot locate the messages in Flexcube to investigate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
MT300 Message should get inserted in mstb_tr_dly_msg_in table and same should be visible in Front end MSTRINBR screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Place an MT300 message in EMS path.
2. Verify if the message is picked and processed and user is able to see the message from incoming message browser.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the messages in incoming browser.
