Symptoms

Customer Eff Risk shows discrepancies in the Customer Eff Risk between ECM and AML Modules.

For example, the Customer Eff Risk inside the Case details is '0' even though it has a KYC Risk of '5', while on the ECM Module on the related alert details the same Customers Eff Risk shows as '5'.
