When we click ''Download Advice" of a transfer an error is showing: "The file is damaged or could not be repaired". From the logs, it seems that : The entity "nbsp" was referenced, but not
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDx
2. Navigate to download Advice.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download advice.
