Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is trying to amend LC contract and extend the maturity date from LCDAMEND screen but it fails with error IS-C0002 - "LCIN_EXTN_LIQD: Rate Variance is greater than the Maximum Variance for the Product.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

User should be able to amend LC .
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Amend LC contract , extend the tenor.
2.Save the contract.
