807 - Batch Error - Customer_WatchListStage2ListRisk (Doc ID 2858507.1)

Symptoms

Issue with bdf:
WatchListStagingTable2_WatchListStage2CustExistence.xml

Test case is the following:

There is a TX watchlist type with and entry of 99999

There is a Customer on CUST ( CU99999 )table with TAX_ID  = 99999

CU99999 is in CU watchlist type

Following day

CU99999 is in CU watchlist type  is removed from the watch list

and

TX watchlist type with and entry of 99999 , this one is removed as well from
the TX watch list

Then the system thinks the customer CU999999 has been removed twice from
watch lists (Once from the CU Watchlist and the another from the TAX watch
list


This causes an error in the Customer_WatchListStage2ListRisk.xml
