Citibank - 19c DB Patch Installation Error On FCCM 804 (Doc ID 2858509.1)

Goal


While applying the 19c DB patch in UAT the client is facing error due to which they are unable to complete the installation process.
The patch details are as below:
Patch 8.0.4.0.205
Bug: 33016903 https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=33016903
Applicable Releases: OFSBD 8.0.4.0.0
