On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Production Support

OBDX_PDF statement download fails to open


ERROR

Failed to load the PDF Document


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with a retail or corporate user
2. Go to View Statement transaction.
3. Download the PDF type statement.
4. When tried to open the PDF downloaded, it throws an error 'Failed to load the PDF Document'

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot check statement in PDF format.
