PGDITONL screen is not fetching Bank Routing number LOV
The LOV "Bank Routing Number" on click of fetch is not displaying any value after the change of LOV query as part of Patch set 3.0 release. the LOV query in Patch set 1.0 is working fine. Please find attached LOV queries for reference.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Bank Routing number LOV should fetch values
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In PGDITONL enter all the mandatory fields
2. click on "Bank Routing Number" lov and verify if records are fetched
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create transaction from PGDITONL
