Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
'Domestic' Payee transactions are not displayed in the generated 'Party wise Payee Maintenance' report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All payees(Domestic, Internal and International) should be displayed in the 'Party wise Payee Maintenance' report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with the admin user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Reports > Report Generation
3. Generate the 'Party wise Payee Maintenance' report of Party ID which contains 'Domestic' payee transaction
4. Download it and observe that the 'Domestic' payees are not included in the report
