LC Not Visible At IBDTRONL under OUR_LC reference

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

LC Should be present in the LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try booking a Import Bill for the Import LC
2. Verify the LC in the LC LOV

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find the LC in the LOV
