Symptoms
For "Initiate Collection", following error observed.
ERROR

No Record Found.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with corporate maker.
2. Navigate to "Initiate Collection"
3. Select Yes in LC linkage.
4. Enter LC number or lookup LC number.
5. Click on Verify.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to proceed with initiate collection transactions.
