While Creating LC Template, Error "Shipment Description Can Not Have Special Characters." And "Invalid Document Name" Is Observed For Special Characters. (Doc ID 2859574.1)

While creating template for "Initiate LC", if description for good and documents are having special characters then below error is observed.

ERROR
-----------------------
1. Shipment Description can not have special characters.
2. Invalid document name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate maker.
2. Go to Initiate LC.
3. Enter the details. Include special characters in description of good. Select documents with document name containing special characters.
4. Click on Save As-> Template.
5. Enter the template name.

Due to this issue, user is not able created template for LC.
