FT: RTGS not Enabled for Contract Of RTGS product When Created Through FT Upload (Doc ID 2859769.1)

Symptoms



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 While creating the FT contract through upload process ,RTGS payment
and RTGS network columns are not populated in table for the
outgoing product. Product is marked for RTGS and all maintenance are in line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 System should enable RTGS payment flag if the product is RTGS type.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Enable RTGS product in FTDPRMNT screen , under preferences .
2.Create a contract through FT upload for the RTGS product.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, RTGS flag not enabled for uploaded FT contract
