Symptoms

On : 14.3.0.0.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FCUBS Application is not validating the check numbers with respective account numbers and user are able to post transaction with random check numbers.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should validate the check numbers with issued account and raise the error accordingly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a transaction using any random number in instrument code
2. Try to save the transaction
