ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Error while running dispatcher ./start_chkdisp.sh

We have a new installation of BD 8.1.1.1 and we were able to ingest the golden data but while running dispatcher we received below error
FAILED: create_oci_session() - error creating the session using OCISessionBegin()...
LIBDB: FAILED: log_on() : OCIERROR: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
