ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After 21.1.0.2.0 patchset application for retail user the load bar does not disappear even after dashboard displayed. The response received for the REST request(s) has status 403.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Load bar should disappear from dashboard Screen once response is received for all requests.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via retail user.
2. On landing page (dashboard) the application keeps on loading.
