Symptoms
When attempting to perform UI build for OBDX 21.1.0.3.0,
following error occurs.
ERROR

BUILD FAILED
/u01/app/****/workspace/<DIR>/build/****/build.xml:340: Remote command failed with exit status 1
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the installer for Patchset OBDX 21.1.0.3.0
2. Review the readme.txt
3. Run the UI build
