Symptoms

When approval check is enabled and trying to initiate new term deposit, following error is displayed.

Unexpected problem occurred while evaluating approval workflow.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with maker
2. Initiate New Term deposit


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to initiate term deposit.
