Symptoms
When generating the signed APK,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

org.gradle.initialization.ReportedException: org.gradle.internal.exceptions.LocationAwareException: Execution failed for task ':app:transformClassesAndResourcesWithProguardForRelease'.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Clean and Build the workspace.
2. Generate signed APK.
