Issue In Application Tracker Screen (Doc ID 2861047.1)

Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

In OBDX application all screens are having 10 digit mobile number validation but Application Tracker and user management are the only screens with the country code dropdown and 7-digit mobile number where the validation is required.

ERROR

Application Tracker and user management should have same 10 digit number validation


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into OBDX by retail/corp user
2. Go to Application tracker screen and User management screen
3. Both screen has country code as dropdown and 7 digit mobile number
4. Other screens are having provision for 10 digit mobile number


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Application Tracker and user management having different behavior , all screens having 10 digit mobile number but these 2 are having 7 digit mobile and country code separately

Changes

 No changes done to environment / hardware / account causes this issue.
