Symptoms

On : 21.1.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to check the charges for payments on domestic and international payment screens.
The decision of the user can change based on the total amount being deducted as charge while making a payment so charges should display on the said screens.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to see the charges applicable before making the payment.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Login via corporate/retail user
2) Initiate a domestic payment and international payment each
3) On either of the payment screens, user is never shown with the charges applied for performing domestic and international transfer.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the applied charges for the domestic and international payment for retail and corporate user.

Changes

 No changes done to environment / hardware / account causes this issue.
