Symptoms

While attempting to run 'npm install' command below error occurred.

npm ERR! errno ERR_SSL_WRONG_VERSION_NUMBER
npm ERR! Invalid response body while trying to fetch https://registry.npmjs.org/is-core-module: 140601847818176:error:1408F10B:SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number:../deps/openssl/openssl/ssl/record/ssl3_record.c:308:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Open a terminal inside obdx-ui-workbench-core directory and run following commands.
2.'npm install' mentioned error can be seen.

Changes

The nodejs version was downgraded from v16.14.2 to v12.13.1

Note:supported nodejs versions were '>=12.13.1'
