Symptoms

When Edit button is clicked for Financial Transaction Initiation Alert ,
the following error occurs.

"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later"

Network Failing API:
HTTP Response is 400 for
digx/v1/activities/com.ofss.digx.app.approval.service.transaction.Transaction.checkApprovals.financial/dataAttributes


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via superadmin. Navigate to Communication > Alert Maintenance.
2. Select Event Name as Financial Transaction Initiated.
3. Click on the Link > Edit
