Symptoms
When Edit button is clicked for Financial Transaction Initiation Alert ,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via superadmin. Navigate to Communication > Alert Maintenance.
2. Select Event Name as Financial Transaction Initiated.
3. Click on the Link > Edit
